HEAD OF PEOPLE OPERATIONS

Jolie leads all things people at X, overseeing a range of programs and teams designed to help make X a great place to work. An Alphabet veteran, Jolie joined Google in 2003 to recruit technical talent. During her time in the staffing team, Jolie helped find and hire exceptional people from around the world, and co-created Google’s college recruiting program in North America. After making the switch from Staffing to Human Resources, Jolie was one of X’s earliest team members looking after the self driving car team. Jolie studied cinema in college and today lives in San Francisco with her husband.
