2026 Summer Intern - Law Student - Legal Technology, Early Stage Project
InternshipMountain View, CA
How you will make 10x impact:
As a Summer Intern, you will sit at the vanguard of the "AI Trust Gap," helping us redefine how lawyers interact with massive datasets. This isn't a traditional clerkship where you'll be buried in a law firm library; instead, you will be a core member of our "Zero-to-One" team, performing high-stakes legal research to ensure our AI models remain defensible and compliant. You will analyze the intersection of attorney-client privilege and generative AI, helping draft the foundational "Legal Defensibility" frameworks that allow our clients to confidently use outputs in court.
Beyond the law, you will play a role in our commercialization engine by supporting our strategic partnership initiatives. You will identify and vet potential collaborators—ranging from AmLaw 100 innovation labs to legacy eDiscovery providers—and help craft the narratives that demonstrate how our platform works. This role offers a unique "Founder-lite" experience, requiring you to move fluently between deep legal analysis and strategic whiteboarding, all while helping build a commercial engine that is disrupting the multi-billion dollar legal industry.
Finally, you will be assisting with our Industry Engagement Strategy. We don't do boring webinars; we host high-signal, invite-only salons and 'war room' roundtables for the world’s leading litigators. You will help design the programming and develop the thought-leadership content that positions our team in the legal tech marketplace. This is your chance to build a personal network at the intersection of Big Law and Silicon Valley while directly influencing how the legal community perceives the future of the trial.
This project aims to push the limits of science and modeling as we know them and to prove how ML can radically accelerate our understanding of the world
