About the role
You will be joining the small, scrappy Tapestry People Team and will be the first dedicated operational analyst across all our People & Talent Acquisition workstreams . You will be instrumental in managing the core operational processes that support our rapidly growing team.
As a People & Talent Operations Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to leverage your data and automation skills to ensure efficient and compliant execution across HR Programs, People Data, and Talent Acquisition Operations. You will focus on improving the end-to-end employee experience from the moment a candidate accepts an offer through their career journey at Tapestry.

You have a passion for working the magic behind the scenes, navigating complex systems in large ecosystems like Alphabet, and can be resourceful and scrappy to find the solutions for employee queries or gaps in processes.
How you will make 10X impact:
- Own various parts of the employee lifecycle, with an emphasis on transfers, contract extensions, and immigration compliance, and acting as the primary Tapestry liaison to the X HR and Google HR teams.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and apply existing automation tools and scripts to high-volume HR and Talent Acquisition administrative workflows (e.g., onboarding/offboarding, data audits) to reduce team overhead and enhance process accuracy.
- Act as a thought partner in improving the overall employee experience, analyzing our processes from both experiential (human-centric) and technical (automation, tools) standpoint.
- You are the go-to operations person for our TA Lead as well as for our HR Business Partners, and may also support Tapsters who have questions navigating the Alphabet world
- Get involved in and contribute to the Tapestry team culture and community initiatives.
What you should have:
- Exceptional attention to detail and meticulous execution in managing time-sensitive operational tasks (e.g., transfers, compliance).
- 3+ years of professional experience in an HR Operations, People Data, or Talent Acquisition Operations role focused on high-volume data management and process execution.
- Passion for operational excellence and process improvements
- Direct experience working with core People/HR systems (HRIS like Workday) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS like Greenhouse).
- A strong learning mindset and a proactive, curious approach to solving problems.

- Experience partnering with and presenting data-driven insights to senior leaders and stakeholders.
- Proven experience designing, maintaining, and presenting data-driven reports to support leadership decision-making.
- A deep, mission-driven passion for climate and energy and building world-changing teams from the ground up.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $107,000 - $157,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
