About the role:

This role combines full-stack software engineering with on-site customer solutions integration. As a client-focused engineer, you will lead the technical integration of partner and customer data and enterprise software systems with our AI platform for supply chain management, tailoring solutions to their unique commercial requirements. You will also be instrumental in designing, building, and deploying cutting-edge AI systems.

How you will have 10X impact:

  • Lead end-to-end engineering efforts for enterprise customers and partners during integration and onboarding, ensuring successful customer outcomes
  • Work with customer stakeholders to understand their business processes and adapt them to our platform
  • Collaborate directly with customer IT teams, data stakeholders, and technical personnel to understand their systems, data sources, and integration requirements
  • Develop custom connectors, scripts, and automation tools to facilitate seamless data exchange with customer systems, focusing on speed and efficiency
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency throughout the integration lifecycle
  • Deliver high-quality, production-grade software across the entire stack during the development lifecycle, from ideation and architectural design to development, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance in complex enterprise environments
  • Serve as a key voice for our customers, helping to incorporate learnings into our roadmap and feature design

What you should have:

  • BS or equivalent practical experience in computer science, applied math, or a related field
  • 5+ years of professional experience designing, developing, maintaining, and releasing production-grade enterprise/business software
  • 5+ years experience in a customer-facing engineering role or a similar capacity requiring deep partnership and direct interaction with enterprise clients
  • Experience deploying and integrating AI into enterprise software environments including LLMs and Foundation Models, with an understanding of agentic behaviors, tool use, and reasoning capabilities
  • Experience in integrating software with complex enterprise systems, including ERP integration (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
  • Strong proficiency in Python development, with extensive experience in the latest Python toolchains and frameworks, including developing for various platforms (e.g., full-stack web applications, backend services, data pipelines)
  • Experience with collaborative software development workflows and platforms including GitHub, agile development/scrum, unit testing, CI/CD, and production operations
  • Experience using LLMs to optimize software development processes and workflows
  • Familiarity with deploying and managing applications on major cloud platforms (e.g., Google Cloud Platform, AWS, Azure) and an understanding of underlying infrastructure primitives (e.g., Kubernetes, Terraform)
  • Exceptional organization and planning skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adept at explaining complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences in a clear and concise manner

  • MS/PhD degree or equivalent practical experience in computer science, engineering or a related scientific or quantitative field
  • Experience in startups or small-team environments
  • Experience in a leadership, mentorship, or lead engineer role for small technical teams

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $197,000 - $285,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
