About the role:

You’ll be at the center of product development, helping to shape our roadmap and bring cutting-edge AI platforms to life. This role is a critical multi-faceted role in an early-stage team where you’ll drive product management but also play an important part in product marketing and program management. You’ll work across AI, software engineering, data science, machine learning, partnerships, and enterprise software systems to deliver products that solve high-impact problems in supply chain management. This key position reports to the project lead for our moonshot.

How you will have 10X impact:

  • Develop and maintain clear, inspiring product vision, roadmap, segmentation, and value proposition
  • Lead discovery with key partners and customers to deeply understand workflows, pain points, integrations with tools and data sets, and value creation, developing use cases, personas, requirements, capabilities, features, and metrics
  • Create experiences that inspire confidence, delight and resonate with end users, and encourage adoption and trust
  • Define and implement metrics that validate 10x impact
  • Working closely with our researchers, engineers, designers, and partners to guide development and bring our roadmap to life during the product lifecycle:
    • Represent the voice of the market, our partners, and customers
    • Maintain focus on roadmap priorities
    • Determine, prioritize, and manage scope of sprints and releases
    • Propose creative solutions to technical issues and challenges
    • If needed, provide program management to manage and coordinate the schedule, activities, and deliverables of internal and external parties
  • Develop clear, concise product documentation
  • Create materials and give presentations that evangelize and articulate product vision, roadmap, and value propositions to technical and non-technical audiences, both internally and externally
  • Understand and monitor the market and ecosystem for supply chain management
  • Develop novel business models

What you should have:

  • BS degree in technical or analytical field (e.g. Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Statistics) or equivalent practical experience via multiple years as a product manager
  • 8+ years of demonstrable product management experience in building and launching successful enterprise/business software
  • Experience in enterprise software/SaaS, particularly with one or more of the following: procurement, sourcing, product lifecycle management, or supply chain management
  • Experience with collaborative software development workflows and platforms including GitHub, agile development/scrum, unit testing, CI/CD, and production operations
  • Experience integrating AI into enterprise software environments including LLMs and Foundation Models, with an understanding of agentic behaviors, tool use, and reasoning capabilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adept at explaining complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences in a clear and concise manner
  • Exceptional organization and planning skills
  • Ability to think both strategically and tactically about driving complex initiatives to completion
  • Ability to thrive and execute quickly in an environment of change and uncertainty

It’d be great if you also had these:

  • Experience in startups or small-team environments
  • Experience with Google’s AI tools and platforms
  • Experience with Google Cloud and Workspace
  • Prior success in productizing research or innovation-stage prototypes.
  • Writing samples or public-facing documentation that demonstrate clarity and technical fluency

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $227,000 - $300,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
