About the role
As the Partnerships Program Manager for Tapestry, you will play a critical role in supporting a multi-disciplinary team through developing and scaling our products. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to manage and drive moonshot learning goals and ensure the successful, on-time completion of milestones and projects. This position calls for someone who is highly-organized, a persuasive communicator, and is comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
How you’ll make 10x impact:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to our partnerships organization to foster long-lasting relationships.
- Manage new partnership agreements, helping to realize and optimize value.
- Identify key metrics to evaluate partner success, and streamline operational workflows by identifying and eliminating bottlenecks.
- Help develop scalable partner communication materials such as newsletters, dashboards, and case studies.
- Organize partner events such as visits, field trips, and fireside chats with executives.
- Establish strong working relationships with cross-functional teams in Partnerships, Business Development, Finance & Accounting, Engineering, Power Systems, UX, and Product.
What you should have:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience (e.g., business development, sales, program management, partner management, etc.) with experience managing projects across several teams and external stakeholders.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Solid understanding of the electricity industry and renewable energy industry.
- Ability to travel +/- 20% of the time.
- Track record of delivering complex cross-functional programs on a tight timeline and budget.
- Team player and creative thinker who is able to lead cross-functional teams and external partners.

- Demonstrated knowledge and passion for the energy sector and sustainability.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and juggling different requests.
- Ability to build quantitative and qualitative business cases and make data-driven decisions and recommendations.
- Entrepreneurial, persistent, highly collaborative, and curious.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $106,000 - $162,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
