This team’s mission is to deliver high-throughput and long-range connectivity via free-space optical communication (FSOC) links.
As the Head of Scaled Operations and Support, you will establish deep relationships with our customers and vendors and be accountable for our product delivery on schedule. Your typical day may include meetings with the customer’s C-level execs, deep dives with vendor teams to establish processes and service level agreements, engagement with the R&D teams to influence product roadmap and/or lead cross-X/Alphabet teams to drive a critical engagement with an external customer/partner.
You’ve previously been a COO, or a VP of Operations or equivalent and have delivered major business outcomes through scaling operations. You have deep empathy for the challenges our customers face in areas of scale and user experience.
