Due to the smaller size of our organization and the rapid pace of change, every Xer plays a critical role in the success of these moonshots. The X POps team not only executes programs and operations that accelerate the business, but we also are trusted thought partners to help make business-critical decisions.
The Staffing arm of the X POps team is looking for a Recruiting Operations Manager who will be responsible for the strategy, design, and execution of X’s recruiting data and operations. You live and breathe data and can communicate that data effectively, which is then used to inform current and new strategies, programs, and operations. This role will require you to think big, roll up your sleeves, use data to guide your work, challenge convention, and then ground yourself in practicality to get things done. You’ll be collaborating with recruiting leadership, people operations, strategy, finance, and others across X. You are scrappy and resourceful, creative and driven -- and excited to share in the magic of working at X.
