Introducing New Chorus Solutions
Offering our partners and customers unprecedented visibility and actionable insights
In March of 2022, my team and I were proud to share our interest in radically transforming how we make, move and manage the world’s goods with Project Chorus. Since then, we've been working with partners and customers to test new solutions and deliver on this mission. From helping Healthcare Logistics in New Zealand to safely distribute vaccinations and critical medications during the COVID-19 pandemic, to enabling hospitals in the US track their inventory, Chorus has been giving businesses across many industries and geographies greater insight and visibility into their operations so they can operate with greater confidence, efficiency and effectiveness.
We have developed a range of new technologies that have made this possible. These include the Chorus Reader Network, which transports Chorus sensor data to the Chorus Cloud, which can accurately process large amounts of data in real time with Chorus AI’s machine learning algorithms. We are now deploying these algorithms with our early access customers to enable orchestration of physical assets, driving optimal utilization in near real time.
Visibility into the location and condition of the assets at an individual item level is key to enabling this level of orchestration, so it’s essential to equip assets with sensors that are flexible, configurable and customizable. To address that need, we have expanded our sensor family to now include the Chorus Seeker, a label that can be printed on, and then easily peeled and affixed to any physical asset. Along with the other Chorus sensors, the Seeker seamlessly integrates with the Chorus Reader Network to transport the measured parameters to the Chorus Cloud.
Chorus is also making data transport more reliable and secure. We’ve partnered with leading providers of wireless, cellular and industrial equipment and services to leverage their infrastructure to transport Chorus data cost effectively in real time. The Chorus Reader Network now includes WiFi access points, cellular networks, industrial scanners, mobile phones, computers and ad hoc networks so that data from Chorus’s sensors can be securely processed in real time.
Once data reaches the Chorus Cloud, and it is processed by Chorus AI, the system generates alerts, insights, and orchestration schemes for Chorus customers to act upon. With this flexible architecture we’ve been able to remove the geographic limitations and financial expenditures imposed by fixed network infrastructure and enable end-to-end visibility, even as assets are transported and handled between indoor and outdoor locations.
We are now deploying these transformative solutions with our partner Kuehne+Nagel. They have adopted the Chorus Reader Network to provide seamless in-transit and end-to-end visibility to their customers as shipments make their way across international borders and through their robust transportation network.
With Kuehne+Nagel’s audacious Vision 2030 guiding their efforts, Chorus is now integrated with Kuehne+Nagel’s Road Logistics Max Visibility application, delivering true end-to-end visibility, condition monitoring, and features such as ETA and advanced generative AI experiences that drive value for their customers.
Together we are making Chorus services available to early access customers in multiple countries. For example, leading French sporting goods retailer LePape, is using Chorus Visibility Services to create traceability from their factories to their distribution centers, to their stores. They get a real-time ETA at the shipment level, ensuring reliable delivery. With the actionable information and alerts they get from Chorus, LePape store employees are now able to optimize their time, ensure the availability of in-stock equipment, and provide better, more dedicated service to their customers.

Throughout all of this progress, there is one thing that has remained constant: We continue to be excited about the transformative solutions our technology will unlock. In collaboration with our partners, we look forward to delivering these services to our customers across all industries. If you are interested in collaborating with us, please get in touch.
